What it means

Your bundled-LLM spend hit your configured monthly cap.

How to fix it

Raise the cap via `PATCH /v1/account/me/bundled-llm-settings`, or supply a BYOK Anthropic key. The cap resets at the start of each calendar month.

Where it appears

In the type field of the RFC 9457 application/problem+json error body, alongside title, status, detail, and an instance correlation id.
