What it means

This deployment does not have a live browser fleet wired (e.g. a self-hosted control plane before workers register).

How to fix it

Operator action: register a worker node. Cloud customers should not see this — contact support@driftstack.dev if you do.

Where it appears

In the type field of the RFC 9457 application/problem+json error body, alongside title, status, detail, and an instance correlation id.
